Weather
Thailand has a tropical climate. Two types of monsoons – southwest monsoons and north east monsoons affect its climate. The southwest monsoons blowing from the Indian Ocean bring plenty of rain. The north-east monsoons coming from China bring dry cold winds. The monsoon starts as early as May and lasts till October, sometimes accompanied by tropical cyclones that bring heavy rain. The general weather is hot, any time of the year, with minimum temperature being 18°C during December to January. How to Reach
There are 2 ways in how to reach Thailand from India – by air and by road. The road route is long. If you love road trips and have more time, this can be fun. We will stick to air travel in our posts. There are direct flights to Bangkok from Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. It takes around 3-4 hours in a direct flight to Bangkok. Visa

Transportation
Transportation in Thailand is no worry at all. Intercity travel is very convenient. Once you reach Bangkok, head to the bus terminal if you want to go to any other city. You will find many comfortable and luxury private as well as government buses operating from Bangkok to almost everywhere in Thailand. The prices vary for different categories.
