This is the route map of our trip. It started from Guwahati directly to Cherrapunji/ Sohra. From Cherrapunji to Dawki and then last stop at Shillong. You can take the first stop at Shillong if you want shorter journey or if you arrive at Guwahati in the evening. First explore Shillong then leave for Cherrapunji. Since, we arrived at Guwahati late at night we stayed over and left the next morning directly for Cherrapunji. Also our itinerary did not leave much time for Shillong, so we planned on sightseeing in Shillong on our last day. Here is a short reel on cities you can visit in Meghalaya in just 5 days.
